Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Describinghumanity Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
