Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of describinghumanity.lat and the services Describinghumanity Heating & Air offers through it. Using the site, phoning the number on it, or sending a form means you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Describinghumanity Heating & Air Does

Describinghumanity Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not carry out heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work, and we are not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written estimate.

Content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Comments about efficiency are general and do not promise any level of energy savings. Confirm details with a qualified provider.
